In store pickup is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

International Shipping
At this time we offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
All international orders are responsible for paying import duties and taxes on delivery. You will not be able to pick up your product without paying this. You can use our calculator to estimate these costs
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will recieve an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours from the time of purchase for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't recieved your order within 10 days of recieving your shipping confirmation email, pleasae contact us at support@farm-ng.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to X days after delivery. if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@farm-ng.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
